International Students at TOBB University: Requirements and Application Process

Final-year high school students or graduates may apply to TOBB ETÜ as international students if they meet one of the following criteria:

  1. Foreign nationals who do not hold Turkish citizenship.

  2.  Individuals born as Turkish citizens but later renounced their citizenship with permission from the Ministry of Interior, along with their underage children listed in the renunciation certificate.

  3. Candidates who were foreign nationals by birth and later acquired dual citizenship, including Turkish citizenship.

  4. Applicants who completed the last three years of their secondary education in a country outside the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) prior to February 1, 2013 including students graduated from Turkish schools abroad recognized by the (MEB) are eligible to apply.

  5. Students who completed all of their secondary education in a foreign country, excluding the TRNC, after February 1, 2013, including those who graduated from Turkish schools operating abroad (outside the TRNC).

  6. Students who reside in school diploma have completed their entire secondary education there, and possess a valid GCE A-Level exam score.

  7. Students who enrolled in a secondary school outside the TRNC between 2005 and 2010, and have already obtained or will obtain a GCE A-Level score.

There are many tuition scholarships offered by TOBB ETÜ for Successful international applicants , including a Full Scholarship (100%) or a partial Tuition Scholarship (25%, 50%, 75%).

These scholarships currently cover tuition fees only. The university does not provide dormitory or living expense scholarships for international students at this time.

Sheikh Saleh Abdullah Kamel Fellowships:

This scholarship is designed to promote scientific and technological development among students from Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) member states. It offers full or partial coverage of tuition fees under the following conditions:
