An explanatory statement regarding the transfer rights of Sudanese and Palestinian students

The Turkish Higher Education Council issued a statement regarding rumors regarding the rights of unconditional transfer of Sudanese and Palestinian students to Turkish universities. The statement stated that the Council denied all these rumors while affirming Turkey's keenness to provide the so-called guest scholarship for students suffering from wars in their countries.

The Council also stressed that Turkish universities are always open to Sudanese and Palestinian students who were unable to continue their education in their country, provided that they meet the conditions required of them, and if they do not meet the conditions, they can continue their education in Turkish universities as guests for a temporary period.
