Dormitory cost:

Cost for undergraduate students:

• a 4-person room for 9 months will cost $ 1000 monthly
• a 2-person room for 9 months will cost $ 1450 monthly

with a deposit of $ 1500 paid once in the beginning

Cost for postgraduate students:

• a 4-person room for 9 months will cost $ 1450 monthly
• a 2-person room for 9 months will cost $ 1500 monthly

Books Cost:

The average annual cost for different departments is 35-45 USD.

Food Cost:

If the students have food in the university’s cafeteria, on average it will cost 75-100 USD monthly.

How Can I Register at Sabanci University?

• Passport copy, translated.
• High School Certificate (Baccalaureate - Tawjihi) translated into English or Turkish and approved.
• If you have not completed high school, the certificate of the last semester, is translated and certified.
• High school graduation certificate, if available, translated, and certified.
• Certificate of completion of the English language, if any, (if the student prefers to study in English).
• Extra papers and certificates may nominate you for discounts on tuition fees, it is preferable to submit them, if any.

Sabanci University’s Scholarships

Sabanci university’s scholarship is one of the most important scholarships in Turkey, and it is a full scholarship that includes the tuition fee for a bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, and PhD.

The scholarship has 3 types:

1- Sabanci University’s Full Scholarship

This scholarship offers:

• Pays for full tuition fees
• Monthly allowance
• Free dormitory
• For master’s degree students, the students are given 2500 Turkish lira monthly, in addition to a luxury apartment for 2 people for 10 months.
• For PhD students, the students are given 3200 Turkish lire monthly, in addition to a luxury apartment for 2 people for one year.

2- Sabanci University’s Scholarship for Turion Fee and Dormitory

• This scholarship covers the tuition fee, and dormitory cost but doesn’t include a monthly allowance.

3- Sabanci University’s Scholarship for Turion Fee and

• This scholarship covers the student’s tuition fees.

How to Apply for Sabanci University’s Scholarship

• All international students are qualified for this scholarship and there are no age restrictions.
• All candidates must have good English language communication skills.
• The application form must be done online.
• Students should have supporting documents like an excellent academic record, recommendation letter, and reference letter.

The duration of Sabanci university’s scholarship is:

• Bachelor’s degree is 4 years

Notes About Sabanci University’s Scholarship

• Students who were exempted from paying dormitory fees and don’t want to use the dormitory will receive a compensation of 750 Turkish lira monthly.
• Students who are working on scientific research at Sabanci university will be given a monthly allowance for 10 months.
• Application for a master’s degree in social science will be reviewed by a committee from the department.
• Scholarship exams will be held in English language.
• If students were accepted to the scholarship, they must be attending physically during registration or any other person who has power of attorney.
• The last date for Sabanci university’s scholarship application is the 29th of July 2022.
