Gelişim University rises in the URAP ranking 2024

Gelişim University continues to rise in the URAP Türkiye ranking!

Istanbul Gelişim University recorded significant progress in the Turkish University Rankings for 2024-2025, issued by the University Rankings by Academic Performance (URAP). The university rose 15 places at the general level in Türkiye to rank 117, and also achieved remarkable progress at the level of foundation universities to rank 24.

This continuous rise of Gelişim University since 2020 reflects the extent of development witnessed by the university in various academic and research fields. The university was able to achieve this distinguished result thanks to the efforts of faculty members, students and administration, and the focus on improving the quality of education and scientific research.

The most important points in the classification:

• Rising 15 ranks at the general level in Türkiye.

• Rising 7 ranks at the level of private universities.

• Rising 19 places among universities that do not have a medical college, to rank 40.

• Ranking 10th among private universities that do not have a medical college.

The URAP ranking is an academic ranking based on a set of indicators that measure the academic performance of universities, such as the number of published searches and their citations, the number of students and faculty, and international cooperation.
