Biruni University

Biruni University has over 9000 students, with 500 of them being international students. It's 

considered Turkey's biggest healthcare university, with a whopping 6 faculties. The university, which was established in 2014 by the World Education Foundation, is in the European side of Istanbul and has a special learning approach with a unique international focus. 

The university was named after the scientist Abu al-Rayhan al-Biruni, who contributed to many scientific fields like medicine, pharmacy, astronomy, maths, physics, and geography. The university has six faculties spread across the university, with the medical faculty being the most well-known. These faculties are the Faculty of Medicine, the Faculty of Dentistry, the Faculty of Pharmacy, the Faculty of Health Sciences, the Faculty of Education, the Faculty of Engineering, and the Faculty of Natural Sciences.
