Admission to Universiti Kuala Lumpur

The university hosts more than 22,000 international students from more than 65 nationalities around the world. They must first apply for the specialty document programs they wish to study, then Prepare copies of the following documents:

  • Academic Documents (school certificates and transcripts).

  • The first page of the passport

  • English language proficiency (IELTS, TOEFL, or equivalent for Diploma/Bachelor's programs), if not available, the student automatically enrolls in the University of Kuala Lumpur's English Intensive Program (E-LIP).

The application will be evaluated within 3-5 working days, and the student will be notified of the result via email.

After accepting the offer letter, the student must complete the admission documents and pay the initial registration fee within two weeks of the date of the offer letter, equivalent to 2,200 RM.

The university will then apply for a Visa Approval Letter (VAL) through Malaysia Education Global Services (EMGS) within 3 to 9 weeks.
